    A For out-of-stock models, we will provide a clear production lead time and competitive delivery schedule. Our efficient, stable supply chain ensures on-time, quality-compliant delivery even for custom orders.
  • Q What is the delivery lead time?

    A For regular orders (from MOQ to 40 HQ containers) requiring production, the lead time is 20–25 working days. We strive to advance delivery via refined scheduling and pre-arranged logistics, but lead times may vary by order and timing.
  • Q Can different product models be loaded into a single container?

    A Yes, absolutely! We frequently arrange mixed loading to maximize container space utilization. A professional loading plan will be formulated to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with customs regulations.
  • Q How does your factory implement quality control?

We strictly follow the ISO 9001 quality management system and execute a full-lifecycle QC process: incoming material inspection, in-process control, key process testing, final product inspection & road tests, certification, and continuous improvement with traceability systems.   • Q What payment methods do you accept?

    A Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).
  • Q What are your delivery terms?

    A EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free On Board), CNF (Cost and Freight), CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight).
  • Q For bulk orders from overseas customers, how does Senka optimize shipping costs and ensure professional vehicle assembly?

    A For large-volume overseas orders, we adopt a knock-down (KD) packaging shipping method to maximize shipping space utilization and significantly reduce overall freight costs for our customers. Meanwhile, we will dispatch our professional technical engineers to the customer's on-site location to provide full-service assembly support. This on-site assembly service not only ensures that the vehicle assembly strictly complies with our factory quality standards but also guarantees that the final products are fully adapted to the local usage scenarios and requirements.
